Enter these after pausing the game:

Infinite Life - Hold L1 and press left analog-stick right(x2), down(x2), left.
All Elemental Upgrades - Hold L1 and press left analog-stick left, up, down, up, right.
Maximum Experience Points - Hold R1 and press left analog-stick up, left(x2), down, up.
Infinite Mana and Breath - Hold R1 then press left analog-stick up, right, up, left, down.

Armor abilities:
Gold Armor - Immune to stun
Silver Armor - Elemental hit
Dark Armor - Fury breath unlocked
